Situated on Globe Vale it is one of the best placed holiday parks in Cornwall for visiting many beautiful Cornish beaches as well as the historic towns and tourist attractions of a county rich in cultural heritage and natural beauty. The family beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath are less than 2.5 miles from the site and we are just a short drive from many more, including the famous surfing beaches of Perranporth, Newquay and St Ives. There is plenty of opportunity for cycling, walking, watersports, golf, and many more outdoor activities, within easy reach of the site. We are situated adjacent to the famous Coast to Coast Mineral Tramway Trails and Radnor Golf Club.
The site and facilities are of exceptional quality and we make every effort to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A well stocked shop on site, open during peak season (mid July – end August). An onsite Bar /Restaurant (open Mid May – September), offering a varied menu of home cooked meals. Children’s play area, situated close to the Bar’s outdoor terrace, allows you to relax and enjoy a quiet drink while your children play safely. Also offering a dedicated dog field for your canine friends mean none of the family have to be left behind for the holiday.
The van has all of the home comforts, allows for up to two cars parking and a good terrace looking over the Cornish hills. email us for more info via the contact page. The van has all the modern requirements microwave, gas oven, washer/dryer, one of the best showers we have ever used. So you can live here very happily, it is so warm and cosy and if you fancy an evening sitting out in the sun there is the beautiful veranda with the patio doors open and the sun flooding the lounge. Of course if you don’t want to get up early and rush to the beach the master bedroom is very well appointed and private. There is a flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and basin so you aren’t all trying to rush to use the same toilet in the morning.
Your dogs are also very welcome here with lots of lovely lanes to walk, or you can make use of the dedicated and highly maintained site dog field.
