Situated on the outskirts of Newquay, but still close enough to Newquay’s iconic beaches. town and nightlife, Quint17 is in the perfect location for a holiday.

Quint17 is Newquay’s premium holiday accommodation for large groups. Situated in an ideal location in Newquay and close to the beach, Quint17 offers a state of the art destination for a group or large family holiday. We accept family, stag, hen, and younger (with supervision) group bookings.

Featuring colourful and contemporary interior with fantastic facilities throughout including 8 modern bedrooms, complete with crisp linen, and 4 bathrooms including roll top baths and power showers.

When your batteries are depleted, grab some popcorn and head to the giant-screen cinema room complete with authentic cinema seats and a PS4 hook up (along with a selection of games and DVDs). Enjoy free superfast WiFi throughout the house a full Sky package and fully paid up access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies.

There is an attached annexe with it’s own entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, snug and kitchenette for anyone that wants a bit of peace… or somewhere comfortable to relegate the snorers! This is included in your rental and no spaces at Quint17 are shared with other groups or the owner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all self catering essentials and premium appliances, it has a breakfast bar at one end of the room, at the other there is a huge dining table with seating for 18! Open up the bi-fold doors on to the decked garden area, there is a premium gas fired BBQ (gas is included), benches for alfresco dining and a hot tub. There is also an outbuilding with a pool table and darts board.

There is a private driveway parking for up to 5/6 cars.

We live and work in Newquay and have great links to local activity suppliers, so we can arrange your activities for you. Newquay has lots of activities to offer from ‘Newquay’s Biggest Bar Tour’ to Surfing or Coasteering. Why not enjoy Quint17 and have a private dinner party, cooked, served and (perhaps most importantly) cleaned up, just for you.
