Duckpool Beach

Located just past Woodlands of Coombe Valley, Duckpool Beach is a naturally beautiful spot which is perfect for a quiet day relaxing in the sun.

This is quite a pebbly beach but at low tide there is quite a bit of sand as well as rocks.

There are steep cliffs to it’s left and right which help to shelter this beach but it’s waters are quite dangerous due to rip currents and as there is no lifeguard it may be best just to paddle the feet!.

Toilets: Yes

Facilities: Toilets only

Safety: Lifeguards are not in operation on this beach.

Dogs: Dogs are allowed on this beach all year.

Parking:There is a national trust car park just at the end of the beach but spaces are limited.

Access: There is level access to this beach but it may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
