Sandymouth Beach

  • Dog friendly all year
  • National Trust
  • Perfect for long walks
  • Quiet beach
Sandymouth Beach is a broad sandy beach, just a 15 minute drive from Bude, so is perfect for those in North Cornwall. It is a National Trust beach that allows dogs all year round. It’s a fantastic beach for doggies that love to run free, as it stretches out for over a mile! Do be careful though, as this beach is only accessible at low-mid tide, so be sure to check the tide times before your walk! The path down to the beach can be difficult for those with limited mobility, both people and dogs, so if you have poor mobility, perhaps look into visiting some of our other dog-friendly beach recommendations.
